Duwardo and I went to Roxy’s with our half-Jewish friend…and it was really good!
I had the potato latkes…yum. A bit burnt around the edges, but it was just really good still. Duwardo had the beef brisket and he devoured that thing pretty quickly. AK had a hot pastrami sandwich (I think) and a potato knish. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced, and best off we were all full by the end of the meal.
Additionally, the service was quick so we were in and out of there in about thirty minutes!

While this place isn’t absolutely superb…it’s well done and I enjoy it well enough. I used to live super close to this place, and it was always nice to have it open until 2 am so that I could get some late night food.
My friend raves about the Eggs Benedict…as I’ve never had it, I can’t say much about it. I have tried a lot of the other items on the menu, and well…I’ve never been disappointed. Like I said, it’s not the greatest meal of my life, but it certainly hits the spot and I am satisfied.
Oh…and they have fairly decent drinks too. I had the long island once and oh my…it went down smooth and hit me shortly after. YUM!
And they have a pretty good all you can eat sunday brunch as well.
